Soils of fractured granite and clay allow the variety to express its maximum potential. Fermented in French barrels and concrete eggs, its stone flavor and special acidity reflect the granite minerality in this variety.
An expressive wine with fresh mineral notes, combined with lemon peel and flowers of the native prairie. Soft texture, elegant and creamy, with a hint of chalk at the end.
