One of the oldest plots of the property, located in a ravine where there used to be a stream. Being a cooler place, there is a slower ripening, delivering a unique and elegant character.
Old riverbed; clay loam soil with traces of an ancient stream.
This pure expression of Merlot opens with inviting aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and clove. Elegant flavors of red plum and vanilla, with well-integrated velvety tannins; smooth and perfectly balanced.
