Ritual Pinot Noir is a meticulous selection of specific vineyard lots and barrel selections 9 hectares of Pinot Noir planted in the coolest sections of our Casablanca Valley property vineyard estate, at 310 masl, with a 3-5% slope.
Mica granite soils, sandy loam
Ritual Pinot Noir delivers floral notes such as dry rose petals along with cherry and baking spices. The wild yeast fermentation allows the full expression of our terroir giving birth to a rich yet elegant wine. The French oak ageing gives a smooth tannic structure making it silky and velvety.
